About Me

"Who are YOU?" said the Caterpillar.

I’m Amy. I eat three square meals of words a day. Mostly I feast on YA fiction, but I also like to nibble on literary/genre fiction and nonfiction. I try to keep a balanced diet.

"What do you mean by that?" said the Caterpillar sternly. "Explain yourself!"

On this blog, I’ll be focusing on style and substance, reviewing new books and revisiting a few old favorites. While I’m primarily interested in YA fiction, anything with words is fair game.

"Come back!" the Caterpillar called after her. "I've something important to say!"

I’ve happily fallen down the rabbit hole of publishing. After attending the Columbia Publishing course, I accepted a position at Simon & Schuster Books for Young Readers. (Disclaimer: All of the opinions here are mine, not my company’s.)
